- Reducing environmental degradation: Brainbox provides an autonomous decision support for stability of structures, it reduces threat and increases safety of navigation. Shipwrecks are among the biggest sources of marine pollution, Brainbox can be used to prevent structural failures. An inventory of potentially polluting wrecks was compiled by Environmental Research Consulting (ERC) in 2004. This International Marine Shipwreck Database has identified some 8,569 potentially polluting wrecks around the world, including 1,583 tank vessels.

- Increase in wages for artisans: Lal10 has helped to increase the artisan’s income by 23%. They are helping to achieve one of the goal targets of Goal 8 which is to achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value.
- Improving employability: Lal10 is helping to improve the employability of artisans by creating and increasing the demand for their product in international markets. They have 2200+ MSMEs from seven states and 3500+ artisans on their platform.
- Encouraging entrepreneurship: They are helping to encourage entrepreneurship in India by partnering with MSMEs across seven states and teaching them the technology that can source orders for their handicrafts from all across the world.
- Providing employment opportunities to women in rural areas and skilling them: WYO is providing women in rural areas with employment opportunities out of which 90% of them have less than 7-8 years of schooling. They undertake training to help them read basic English and understand barcoding and scanning systems.
- Encouraging entrepreneurship: WYO is working with Fun first Global Skillers Pvt. Ltd. and providing entrepreneurial skills and support to underprivileged women of 18 – 24 years to start their own micro stitching unit. They also have 4 stores that are entirely operated by women
- Reducing their carbon footprint: WYO has reduced their surplus inventory by 20-30% of the industry average in India through a more efficient inventory management system. They are also moving towards recycled yarn which will reduce the carbon footprint by over 50% in comparison to regular yarns.
